Not delivered yet - Correction!

This was my original comment: "Hi, the item has not been delivered yet. According to tracking, it has departed the last depot in Europe. It may be lost or delayed in Cyprus." But it was not at all my intention to complain! I only wrote this for information only, because i received an email invitation for feedback. But i didn't realise this would be posted as a customer review. So, my apologies to Arace Tech and till the item arrives, my review will be about customer service - best i have experienced for a long time! Very prompt response to emails and very helpful at all times. Thank you Arace!
