Foldable Softbox Stand Mount Adapter

Horrible fit and finish and not worth the time to install

Sorry, but I have come to expect MUCH better quality from Buff. It took me hours and several trips to a hardware store to make these work. The nuts on the threaded rods cannot fit back onto the threads with the lock washers once the adapter is in place. After several calls to tech service, they first said to go to hardware store and buy flat star washers. It still would not work, I called back and they said to just not use the lock washers. Then when installing the second one, the rotating ring on the adapter would not clear the large knurled nuts on the soft box. I figured I didn’t need that nut any longer so I just removed it and had to go back to hardware store to buy a regular metric nut to replace the big knurled nut. What a pain in the neck. Quite honestly, this is a fantastic concept and seems like good quality materials but the fit and finish is below the quality of most cheap junk I can buy from China on Amazon. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
