MUNBYN RW941BP 300DPI Bluetooth Thermal Label Printer

Disappointed

I purchased this printer for the purpose of making labels for our business and it honestly turned out to be a disappointment. I spent $130 on it. I had it running for 5 to 10 minutes, which is only due to me trying to troubleshoot the first print that looked horrible. I adjusted all appropriate settings and it didn't change the quality at all. Our business is looking for a nice label maker that is consistent easy to use and prints. Decent quality labels in black. I will say that our current $40 label maker is much more efficient and easy to use than this Munbyn we purchased for $130. I returned the product and will continue using the $40 label maker which printed much higher quality labels for a third of the price.

The YouTube video tutorial is SUPERHARD to understand. I am considering returning it. I just cannot get it to work.

THIS IS MY SECOND ONE, I LOVE IT!

I used it for my Etsy Shop mailing labels and stickers for my grandkids and I truly enjoy used it. NO INK how great.
