I have used animal for a number of years. I always like their well balanced nutrition without overdoing it. That is exactly how I feel about their animal meal. It is the best product out there which is truly a meal replacement. It has protein and carbs in a way that are easily digestible and truly help you hit your macronutrients. It’s great for on the go or when things timers are tight. It helps get you through the day.
