My wife loves the product, pills are easy to take and no bad after taste. Great all around vitamin, Shes saving money just taking this instead of the multiples supps she was taking before.

It's only been a month so far, so I can't fully report on any major changes, but I think my skin and nails are looking healthier and I feel like I've got more energy. When I do sleep, my sleep is definitely more restful!
