Great for Supplementing Nutrition
I had a corrective surgery to fix a digestive issue about 10 years ago. To this day I can only eat a small portion at a time: I simply do not have the room for half a plate of veggies. This lets me get everything I need nutritionally without having to worry about feeling bloated or forcing food down.
