Silicone Strap for Fitbit Versa 4 3 Sense 2

defective item, doesn't stay latched to the watch body. I requested a refund. they offered to pay refund, less a restocking fee. the item is defective, doesn't work. what are they going to restock. I would like the total amount I paid tax snd shipping, snd if they want the item back they should pay shipping as well. What a ripoff. I wouldn't trust them at all. got a partial refund less $3 snd change. I wouldn't trust this company or shops with any of my business. shops is not looking out for their customers, only their vendors.

Just what I needed to replace my old one that broke

The strap for my Versa 4 is good, just like the one that came with the watch. I ordered a size large but it fits like a small. I can only wear it if it’s on the first hole. There was not a size on the package it was packed in. Otherwise, there are no complaints.
