Great product. I am not sure if it is software related, but flag led's work across all 8x8 sections. During gear indicating, the lower right 9 led do not light up solid, only when flashing. 4/5 would buy another.

Flags are Arduino Pro with LED display - Very well built outer case. I purchased the 6” premium arm which is also very well made and holds in place without having to re-tighten. I recommend this product and would purchase again.
