I really like this hot sauce, the mango flavor is perfect, not overpowering and enhances the chiles. Like the other sauces I have tried, it is not too vinegar forward which I am not a fan.
I think this sauce would be perfect on tacos, especially fish or chicken tacos!

The Mango flavor and heat hits just right. Excellent sauce and a portion going to a charity is a plus. I will be buying more when it runs out!!
