Nice coat, terrible stitching

The actual coat is of great quality, nice and warm. However, the stitching of the initials was inadequate. They had caught the lining of the coat which resulted in not being able to get your arm into it comfortably. Of 13 coats purchased, 5 had to be returned for this issue.
