We’ve used Superstratum Building Cleaner on several mold remediation projects as a post-remediation treatment, and it has become a valuable part of our final cleaning protocol. After completing the remediation action plan and performing full mold removal, we apply Superstratum via ULV fogging to address what traditional mechanical methods cannot. While HEPA air filtration and HEPA vacuuming are critical for removing particulate matter and spores, they do not effectively neutralize mycotoxins and microscopic residues that can remain on surfaces and in the air space after remediation. ULV fogging with Superstratum allows for uniform distribution throughout the treated area, helping to eradicate residual mycotoxins and contaminants left behind after source removal. This extra step adds an additional layer of assurance that the environment is not just visibly clean, but chemically and biologically safer for occupants.
