High Tops

First thing, I made my first pair of shoes! The pattern is good and everything fit together well. I sewed this with my flat bed home machine with Tex 70 and a size 16 needle. No real issues at all, just the last part of sewing the lining where the quarter meets the tongue was a little challenging. I used a somewhat soft 5oz leather and a thin lamb lining. The directions get you there but they are a little vague so you have to think your way through. All in all this was a good pattern.
