Wet, I am hit immediately with a heavy dose of dark, woody leather labdanum. There is also a licorice or patchouli-like note that is just as strong, holding hands with the labdanum. As this quickly dries, a lactonic, milky note begins to emerge. The labdanum is no longer the dominant note and we are left mostly with the licorice/patchouli accord and an immersion of dark chocolate.
