Tommy was so great to work with! We love our vesper cat tree but the columns are so cheap and the seagrass material was constantly unraveling and was such a pain to vacuum all the time. Tommy made sure our replacement parts would work and was super communicative throughout the ordering and assembly process. The new posts are super sturdy and will surely last longer than the originals. It looks great and more importantly our cat loves it! Would highly recommend as a solution for keeping your cat tower going strong!
