Way to small!!!!!!!

I cannot wear it. I measured everything according to the diagram on the ad, still bumped up a size because I wanted it to be loose and it is still too small. Beautiful shirt, nice quality, but it’s too small and you have a no return policy. I’m bummed, but maybe I can give it away to someone who will enjoy it.
