I really wanted the glasses as they appeared in the photo and thought they would transition to this as well. I like the style of the frame and after multiple attempts the prescription was corrected without any problems. Customer service handled return issues kindly and professionally . Con’s are the lenses were not anti reflective and I was given no options for progressive lenses. There needs to be more clarity when prescription lenses are intended to avoid missteps and misunderstandings. I like that there are choices for frames with my brown complexion and low nose bridge (generally speaking) in mind. The frame I got would help if the materials were a bit lighter. I see the company growing and I hope this survey helps.
