Cybercart Battery

I had a non-functioning battery and contacted customer service. They were extremely helpful and sent a replacement. The people were very nice and sent the battery right away Thanks again

I hope this one lasts for at least a couple years with proper use and storage. But I’m extremely happy that because my old battery was bad and less than a year old it was replaced with no issue. Thank you cybercart

My battery was having issues right after I purchased my CyberCart. However, I reached out to Alphard about this issue and they quickly responded. Alphard reviewed the problem and sent me a new battery in a much more than timely manner. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and how prompt and professional Alphard was with everything!
