The initial order I made was for a collar that was too big. It came with a gold dog tag. I returned the collar and tag (for a fee) and requested a smaller size. The delivery came through with a message that the smaller tag would result in a $5 refund. The new collar arrived, with no tag. No refund. I messaged to inform of the above facts and have heard from nor received any communication regarding my message. Most unfortunate. The collar is sturdy but the service was not.

I love my new collar. My mum bought it for me because she says I'm her little princess. I have very little hair on me chest and front of me neck. This collar doesn't chafe my delicate skin like the others I had did. And I look very pretty with my bling.
