We recently lost one of our chihuahua's Lily. I ordered a nose print necklace for my wife. The process was simple, I submitted 3 pictures of Lily. Received a response right away. Communication was great throughout the process. I received a proof to approve in a few days. Then received communication when my order was complete with a tracking code. In a few days I received the necklace and was able to present it to my wife. I will definitely be back in the future when the time comes for Lily's littermate.
