I love the idea and the look. However, the start button doesn't always respond. I have tried moving the power pod around and opening and closing the lid. After much rearranging it does finally start. I've completed two infusions and am I happy with the result. HOWEVER, I have the feeling that the non responsiveness of the start button will one day be permanent. So 3 stars.

I use it every day for my essential oils and my business. This is so amazing.
