She’s Sleepy™ Magnesium Glycinate Sleep Aid

A nice jump start for my night time routine

I got this initially as a sample with an order and I liked how it helped my brain wind down before bed. My brain has a tough time allowing me to fall asleep at night and this mixture really helps me relax into sleep. I also feel like I have more energy in the mornings after taking this the night before. The flavor isn’t my favorite but it isn’t bad. If you like cherry limeade, you will like the flavor. I hope maybe in the future they could come out with a different flavor.
