I love Uqora's Probiotic, Promote. I started taking it as a part of the entire regime for urinary incontinence. While working with my doctor to solve the incontinence problem, we mutually decided I should stop taking all the Uqora products, but I was very happy to hear that I could continue to take the Promote.
