I bought these beautiful earrings for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves them. Just an all-round excellent customer experience. These items arrived and I wrapped them up, when my daughter opened them she was shocked at how small. There is a problem was they dont line up very well once you put them in. They keep coming undone & I'm worried they will come out and she will lose 1. My daughter went to the shop & was told she could exchange them for a differant pair, she was just about to do this when another assistant came over and said she had managed to realign them so she brought them home again. She's now scared to wear them incase they come out again. I would suggest asking a lot of questions befor buying online or just go to the shop. I have purchased several other items direct from the shop with no problem but the earings are a worry as they may have been weakened by the realignment. Im going to get her to try them on again but if they come undone again we will take them back and change them.
