I absolutely love our rings. I originally purchased them as matching sister rings for my sister and I, each featuring both of our birthstones, and they turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. I did have an unfortunate moment where I dropped my ring from a significant height onto a cement floor, and one of the stones came out. I contacted them at 1:20 PM EST, and by 1:45 PM, the entire situation was resolved. No hassle, no questions—just kindness and professionalism. Even though the damage was caused by me, they offered to remake my ring at no cost, including shipping. That level of customer service is rare, and it speaks volumes about a company. I ordered a ring and it was never received. However after informing them a new rig was sent without question. The ring is beautiful! I agreed to send the original shipment back if ever received and I would no doubt. Their customer service is wonderful. Its nice to see a company really care about their customers.
