Allows to fit a pannier rack to a bike that doesn't have frame bosses for a rear carrier. Replaces the quick release seat clamp with a bolted one. For hard tail bikes only (not full suspension).

Does exactly what it says it will!

Fast delivery and good communication, arrived as advertised. Fits a standard 31.6mm seat post so you can attach a pannier rack/ baby seat. Solid and clamps on nicely.
