My cats refuse to eat it

I wrote and informed them that my cats won't eat it. They suggested warm water which I had already tried. They would not consider any refund because "the product was already opened. " Are you kidding? Aside from that, the tube of gel is enormous, like for a horse, so it's very hard to manage.

My cat doesn’t like it

My cat loved it on first bite but then just said no. So I have applied it to his paw on a couple of days when he just wasn’t eating. My cat is very sick so his vet said to be careful with these supplements as they can cause diarrhea. So far so good with that. Since he isn’t eating it daily, I can’t see a difference resulting from this product but I will continue. I have only used the powder once but he wouldn’t eat what I mixed it in( he might not have anyway) but no idea if it’s beneficial.

cat would not eat/take, constancy is strange, ingredients don't appeal, sadly it was a waste of my money
