I think it's helping some at times. My hair seems to have phases on keeping my hair on my head and then loosing too many strands at times. I wish it would come in a larger size ounce bottle or give a break on the price for those of us need it more than others!!?? I do want to have faith in something that will help my hair, after all, a woman's hair is her crown! <3 :>)
