Awesome Customer Service

The Customer Service was above and beyond grateful! I placed an order and, after it was on its way, found out that the person I bought the gift for already had it. Customer Service sent out a different one at my request, while they sent me a return label for the first one. Everything went as expected, and the new one was received, and the first one was sent back with a supplied return label. Definitely would recommend Grateful-Fred.
