Only reason I gave it a four they gave me initially a regular gear two luffy instead of the chase version I ordered which was an misunderstanding and they went and fix it immediately and sent me the right one with great packaging and with a protector as well which I was not expecting so I really appreciate it.

I am sure they do a great job but the simple fact that they are not friendly and see the products as a collector makes me doubt their ability to treat the customer as a special person who trusts fundom.
