Heath Base Frame

The base frame is stylish, along with a matching front that fastens magnetically They appear to be made of thin plastic and advertise as having titanium arms. The ordering process is easy however the exchange is difficult. There’s no phone number to call or any human to talk to only through email or online communication. Unfortunately, I need to exchange the glasses that I purchased so far my issue hasn’t been resolved. Someone from the otherframe reached out and said they couldn’t find my order but will look into it. The return process is cumbersome . I’m not liking this. I doubt that I will be be doing business with this company again.
