My order was shipped and delivered very quickly. The palette arrived in excellent condition! They packaged the black shade separately, which I really appreciate because I've had a black shade break and almost ruin a whole palette. They even left a note letting you know so you wouldn't accidentally throw it away. This was my first experience ordering and I am throughly impressed and will definitely be ordering in the future.
