I have been following another program for over a year. I needed a change and didn’t realize I needed an intense 30 minute CrossFit-esque program.

With only about 40 minutes to get a workout done on lunch break, payhim 30 is perfect. Warmed up, workout, and cool down. Highly recommended when your on time crunch. As Josh would, don't forget to pay the man.
