My favorite of all the Yafa mamoul offerings--I couldn't have tailored these sesame date mamoul more to my preferences than if I had requested them myself. The date filling is flavorfully bold but balanced, in the heart of a deliciously soft fine flour and sesame biscuit, with just the right filling to biscuit ratio. This detail is a key part of my mamoul excellence criteria, how did you know Yafa? Highly popular with guests or as a personal treat I always include these in curated event platters and there are never any left over for the cookie jar, of course nothing from Yafa ever is.
