The EB7PRO is a hill climbing animal plain and simple I am still learning all the ins and outs of the bike. The speed takes you by surprise but it's very manageable I am 52 years old 5' 6" and it fits me well I bought it so I could get up my hill easier, and the pedal assist is fantastic for that purpose. unfortunately, it took a little longer than expected to come in and the brake rotor is too small for the brake system this needs to be addressed I really wish they included another battery for the price sadly they did not. I compared this bike to other competitors, and this one fit the bill. The email correspondence was very good. Other than the few issues I have had definitely would recommend this. EBYCCO fix the rotor with a 180mm or 203 mm and throw in an extra battery you guys would be untouchable!

I thoroughly enjoy this life. Alone, riding my electric bike, carrying my luggage, I travel freely. To the beach, to towns, to the countryside, experiencing the world's many wonders. This eb7pro is the perfect companion for my journeys; it's truly an outstanding electric bike. I'm very satisfied with its battery capacity, power, speed, and comfort. The battery is incredibly durable; it lets me ride for nearly 100 miles. Riding it feels effortless and exhilarating. If you want to experience the same freedom as me, I highly recommend the eb7pro.

Easy to deal with fast shipping great communication

Assembled bike upon arrival and had a bad front tube. Messaged them got a response the next morning and had a replacement tube 3 days later great customer service right there
