Nefertiti

I ordered this necklace on August 3rd and my delivery status had been the same with the package not being labeled/prepped for shipping. I sent her an email on August 22nd about this and she responded on the 27th saying she just now created a shipping label for it. Then my status changed and I could see that it was being shipped and then out for delivery. The "Shop" app said it was delivered on August 31st but it wasn't. I sent her another email on September 2nd asking for a refund since I didn't receive the package. She didn't reply, but the necklace did come today on September 4th.
