The hat arrived in perfect condition, as fast as it could be produced. The company stayed in contact regarding production and shipping delays, and also included a coupon as an apology with my delivery. The hat itself is very well made and looked fantastic. It was a gift for my boss, and he loved it. He put it on immediately and wore it around the store for the rest of the day.
