Fantastic Customer Service

I panicked when I saw my purchased item was in Anchorage, AK instead of IL and reached out to the customer service. They quickly responded with an apology for the shipping error even if it was out of there control and offered to replace it for me. I did receive it a few days later than expected but was very appreciative of there supportive response. Foam hat was an updated Navy Blue & Orange version of the cheese grater foam hat and my husband loved it! Will be ready for football season cheering for the Bears!

Overpriced low quality poor quality

I ordered two foam cheese grater hats for my son’s birthday. Unfortunately, the order arrived late, and only one hat was delivered initially. After several emails with customer service, the second hat finally arrived. My son is absolutely obsessed with the Chicago Bears, so he was excited to receive them. However, the quality was disappointing. The hats feel very flimsy and poorly made compared to other foam hats we own, which are much sturdier and better constructed. While they looked fun and made my son happy, I expected much better quality for the price and am disappointed overall.
