I ordered 2 hats, same style same size. This one didn’t fit but the other one fit just fine. I emailed them & they replaced it- even the replacement didn’t fit. I’m not sure why but despite my head measuring smaller than their published dimensions, it was too small for my head. The hat itself looks super cute & is well made. I just wish it fit my big head.
