Sappho Pendant

Everything I wished for!

I bought this pendant because, as a Classics student, I absolutely adore Sappho’s poetry. The pendant is perfect: the design and the details — such as the name in the back of the pendant — are incredible to look at. I expected it would be lighter than it actually is, kinda flimsy I guess (but that’s just my ignorance about gold vermeil!) but it actually has a hefty weight to it and it makes me love it even more! I wear it every single day and have gotten so many compliments! I can’t wait to expand my collection!

Got this as a gift to myself for Valentine’s Day. I love how timeless and understated this is, while having such a distinct sentiment. I’ve been searching a long time for the perfect Sappho inspired jewelry and this is it! Also, the quality is top notch and it looks just like the photos :) I highly recommend. On another note, I’ve actually been using this as a reversible necklace because the backside with Sappho’s name is so beautiful as well.
