Pukaki Trail Runner Handsfree Dog Leash

Enjoying so far!

I got the Pukaki train runner leash and have loved it so far. I found the traffic handle is to large, and my dogs paw has gone into it once before. I made the handle smaller wrapping some rope around it and now its great - It is at the perfect height for us. I enjoy how easily the leash length is adjustable, and it is quick to attach or remove from my dogs collar with the twist lock carabiner, which is ideal for walking in reserves. The lead is heavy duty and made well so I feel it will last a while. It does have more weight then the handheld leads my dog and I are used too but that is to be expected. This is our first hands-free leash and we are loving it!

We have been using the handsfree dog lead for a week and we love it! Good length giving space to our dog while walking, she can sniff the corners that wouldn't be accessible otherwise, and it's easy to grab and shorten when needed! We use it every day!

Absolutely love this lead. The colour is so bright and vibrant. It’s so comfortable to walk hands free with. The carabiner locking system takes some getting used to but it’s meant to be a bit hard to ensure it is super secure !
