PHOERA 24 HRS Non Transfer Matte Lipstick

Product is marketed as non-transferable but it started flaking off after my first drink of water. I bought cleansing balm because this lipstick claimed that the only thing that would wipe it off was the balm. I’m really let down because I was trying to find a lipstick I could wear for my wedding that would not need to be reapplied constantly. This lipstick is NOT that lipstick

I've had so many compliments when wearing this. Doesn't dry out the lips and lasts pretty well. Really happy.
