Sizing chart grossly inaccurate

I ordered the large specifically for the length, I’m usually a small. I was surprised to find it 6! Inches shorter than described. Customer service was horrible and offered a partial refund of $10 for a defective abaya I cannot use.

so pretty!! the khimar sleeves are a bit looser than i expected but it’s no biggie. it’s very lightweight and comfy :)
