So the item once received is great. However, the first delivery arrived and the packing package was empty. I contacted the seller and they said that I needed to file a claim with the post office due to the package being opened and empty. I told them that they needed to file the claim and I would like a replacement item. The seller did send me a replacement item and it arrived as it should. Love the product and the seller did make it right when I did not receive it.
