Extremely Disappointing Customer Service

I had a very disappointing experience with Jose. He rarely followed up with me and consistently did the bare minimum to help me find a solution to my issue. I repeatedly had to reach out myself for updates, and I never felt that my concerns were a priority. Customer service should involve communication, initiative, and a genuine effort to assist clients, none of which I experienced. Based on my experience, I do not believe Jose is a good representative of this company, and I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the level of service provided to future customers.

The material is nice but absolutely NOT worth the price!!! Almost $300 for both pieces.
