Needed an every day carry sort of sling bag, liked the expandable option, looks cool empty but falls short on basically every single metric of what I expect a bag to do. Doesnt hold shape, very cumbersome, impossible to access when worn over the shoulder, badly balanced. Spent a good amount of money on it so going to try to use it, but deeply disappointed. Charging $50 for a strap is also insane.
