Arms are tight

Beautiful beautiful jacket, but under the arms and on the back is so tight I can't even wear it. Never had a jacket fit this way. I want to love this jacket, but the construction is just weird. I requested a return and was sent an email saying I couldn't. Why?

Favorite winter jacket

This is my new favorite jacket when going out this winter. I love the circus font Kansas on the back. Brings back the nostalgia of going to games at Allen as a kid. The jacket is of a vary high quality and has a premium feel as well.
