Defectively flawed

My abalone shell iPhone case would have made me so happy but it has 3 ugly, dull flaws right in the center. What makes it worse is that I tried 4 times to email/contact customer service to use their Happiness Guarantee and nobody ever replied OR responded. Very frustrating and I am very disappointed.
