Ok. First they sent wrong item. However, there was no issue gettibf everything set and they shipped the corrrct item straight away.
The customer service is SUPERB. The bag is lovely and just as shown. I can give no complaints here at all. HIGHLY recommend.

The smell is a lot at first, but wears off quickly I've found. This is my second bag I've ordered from Marenza and I'm super pleased. They are gorgeous and I will definitely order again!!!
