Their products are okay, customer service and shipping is poor

I ordered a Pulse Hub with two-day shipping, but it took almost two weeks to arrive, which is unbelievable. Before I received the hub, I decided to send it back because the THV-1 sensor was not suitable for a 450 sq. ft. room. There isn't much information available about the coverage area or the product's intended purpose for room size. I reached out to customer service, and they suggested that I get the Pulse Pro. I really needed the hub for the soil sensors, but the cost for multiple meters and connectors is quite expensive. Despite opting for next-day shipping for the Pulse Pro, it still took a week to arrive. I'm not saying the products are bad; however, no one from customer service set the right expectations or helped me determine what would work best with my setup. Their approach seems reactive rather than proactive, which led to a disappointing experience for me. I'm considering sending the Pro back and looking for a different brand, which I hate to do because I was really excited about Pulse products.

This has far exceeded my expectations and is helping me control the environment for my peppers grown indoors. Knowing what the conditions are when you’re growing is the secret to success. Dialing in the VPD and keeping tabs on the EC and PH is a game changer. Thanks for putting out such an amazing product.

I purchased a few pulse hubs in order to monitor my flowering rooms, they have been very useful. I am able to monitor my environment both in my room and in my soil, I also added a PH and a EC sensor in my runoff drain at the end of my tables. It is very convenient to have everything at my fingertips and amount of time I save on going to take Manual measurements is exponential. This is a very useful and affordable tool for everybody’s garden.
