Genius Product
I like ketovital products that are zero calories. I use them to maintain my fast. Now I would say most flavors are good but the sour apple stands alone. I am biased towards sour products, I tend to like them more, but to use absorbing acid (vitamin C) to help create the sour apple flavor is genius. I love it, and I go through about 3 to 5 packets a day. I also recommend using cold water, it just hits the spot.
